The short version
This site has no accounts, no logins, no newsletter, no advertising pixels, and no analytics product. It stores nothing about you on our side beyond what a web server unavoidably writes to a log file. Two small entries are kept in your own browser, and they never leave it.
Who is responsible
The site is operated by RockPepper Agency OÜ, an Estonian private limited company with registry code 17267440, at Liimi tn 1, Kristiine linnaosa, Tallinn 10621, Harju maakond, Estonia. Because the site is directed at readers in Australia, we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. What reaches our server
One category only — the web server's access log. Every request writes your IP address, the timestamp, the path requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and your user-agent string. We use it to keep the site up and to spot abusive traffic. Access log entries are discarded after 14 days; entries retained for a specific security investigation are discarded after 90 days. We do not build profiles from these logs and we do not join them to anything else.
What stays in your browser
The site writes two entries to your browser's local storage. Both are read only by pages on this domain and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else:
age_verified— remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or over, so the age gate stops reappearing.cookie_consent— remembers whether you accepted or rejected the storage notice.
Clearing site data in your browser removes both. Nothing breaks; you will simply be asked again. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
The contact form
The form on our contact page does not transmit anything to a server. It opens a message in your own email client, pre-filled with what you typed, and you decide whether to send it. If you do send it, we hold that email in an ordinary mailbox for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and then delete it — routinely within 12 months. We keep no database of enquiries and no contact list.
What we do not collect
No names, addresses, dates of birth, or identity documents. No payment or banking details — we never take money from readers. No betting history or account data from any operator; when you follow a link out, that operator's own privacy policy applies to what happens next, and they do not report back to us about you individually. No advertising identifiers, no fingerprinting, no session recording, no heatmaps, no A/B testing tools, and no social media widgets.
Who else can see anything
Only our hosting provider, which necessarily processes server logs on our behalf under contract in order to serve the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not disclose it for anyone else's marketing. We would disclose information if a valid legal demand compelled us to, and we would resist a demand that appeared overbroad.
Data leaving Australia
Our hosting infrastructure sits outside Australia, so the server logs described above are held overseas. We take reasonable steps under APP 8 to ensure that recipient handles the information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. Because those logs are the only personal information we hold, this is the full extent of overseas disclosure.
Marketing
We send none. There is no mailing list to join, so we have no way to send you a commercial electronic message and nothing for you to unsubscribe from under the Spam Act 2003.
Security, honestly stated
The site is served over HTTPS, is entirely static, and runs no database, so the usual attack surface for reader data is not present. That is a structural safeguard rather than a promise: no internet-facing system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
If something does go wrong
The Notifiable Data Breaches scheme in Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988 applies to us. If a breach were likely to cause serious harm, we would notify the affected people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as the scheme requires.
Exercising your rights
Under APP 12 and APP 13 you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Write to [email protected]. Be aware of a practical limit: a 14-day IP log entry is usually not something we can match to you as a person, so in most cases the truthful answer to an access request is that we hold nothing identifying you. If our response does not satisfy you, you can complain to the OAIC at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Age
This site is for adults aged 18 or over and is gated accordingly. We do not knowingly collect information about children, and we have no mechanism that would let us do so.
Changes to this page
If our practices change, this page changes with them and the date at the top moves. There is no archive of earlier versions; the text on this page is the text in force.
