What this site is

A privately operated editorial site publishing information about licensed wagering in Australia, run by RockPepper Agency OÜ (Estonian registry code 17267440). It is not a bookmaker. We take no wagers, quote no prices you can bet into, settle no markets, hold no customer money, and run no accounts. Nothing here is an offer of a gambling service by us.

It is not advice. Our pages are general information about how markets and promotions work, written for a general reader. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice, and they are not predictions or tips. Liability

Certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded, and nothing here tries to exclude them. Subject to that, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of this site — expressly including gambling losses, missed opportunities, and losses caused by out-of-date information — and our total liability to you is capped at AUD $100. Since we charge readers nothing, that cap is the practical extent of our exposure.

Gambling harm
